Terms of Service

Stuket is a curated intern-hiring service for early-stage startups, operated by the Stuket team. Use of stuket.in (the “Service”) is subject to these terms.

You may sign up to onboard your company, post role requirements, and review hand-vetted intern profiles we send to you. Pricing, scope, and engagement details are agreed in writing through a separate service agreement before any placement.

You agree to provide accurate company information, treat intern candidates fairly, and not contact candidates outside the platform until a placement is confirmed.

Stuket is always free for students. You may sign up, build a profile, browse active roles after login, and express interest in roles. We hand-screen candidates and surface matches; we do not guarantee placement.

You agree to provide accurate profile information, GitHub or project links you actually own, and to honour interview commitments you accept.

Stuket does not process intern stipends. Stipends are paid directly by the startup to the intern as per the signed assignment letter and applicable Indian labour and tax norms. No payment passes through stuket.in.

Stuket charges the startup a placement fee under a separate written service agreement. Fee structure, timing, and GST treatment are negotiated and documented before any candidate is presented. Refund and termination terms sit in the service agreement, not on this page.

Students never pay Stuket. The platform — including future learning roadmaps and community marketplaces — is free for students.

All matching, screening, and placement decisions are made by humans on the Stuket team. Match scores shown in the product are hints, not guarantees. We reserve the right to decline an intern’s profile or a startup’s engagement if it doesn’t fit our quality bar.

Don’t scrape the Service, attempt to bypass row-level security, impersonate another user, or use Stuket for anything illegal under Indian law. Accounts found doing so are suspended without notice.

Stuket is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these terms as Stuket evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.
